Experience
- Experience selling body parts — bumpers, lighting, fenders, hoods and other body elements for premium brands (BMW, Mercedes, Audi)
- Understanding of the specifics of working with body parts and client expectations in this segment
Product knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of body parts for BMW, Mercedes, Audi: specifications, compatibility, replacement options, OEM parts
- Understanding the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts, knowledge of manufacturers and product quality
- Knowledge of lighting components (headlights, tail lights, fog lights) and their functional characteristics
Sales skills
- Negotiating with clients, persuasion, and providing technical guidance on body parts
- Active sales, growing the existing client base and acquiring new clients
- Working with CRM systems for client and sales tracking
Technical skills
- Quick navigation of parts catalogues, understanding part codes and specifications for accurate sourcing
- Familiarity with ETKA, EPC, TecDoc is a mbavac-plus
Customer focus
- Ability to identify client needs, propose solutions, and deliver a high level of service
- Strong communication skills, handling objections, and maintaining long-term client relationships
Analytical skills
- Analysing demand for body parts, understanding seasonality and other factors affecting sales
- Planning orders and monitoring stock levels
Personal qualities
- Proactivity, responsibility, ability to work under pressure
- Organisation, attention to detail, results-oriented
- Willingness to learn and adapt to market changes and client needs
Additional requirements
- Category B driving licence
- English is an advantage for working with international suppliers and documentation
